RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly accept any item that is defective or damaged within 5 working days of purchase for refund or an exchange.
Items should be returned with a copy of the invoice along with the reason for returning.
Once your return is received, if applicable, we will refund you in the same method paid.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned items.
Customers need to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his /her own expense to our given address.
Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Depending on your location, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
